New Feature Pack Available for the WALLMEDIEN Procurement System

Procure print materials flexibly, independently and rapidly

WALLMEDIEN has standardized the procurement process of print materials. With the new feature pack FP02/11, it is immediately possible to, directly through the procurement system, order print materials such as business cards, letter head, etc. Through one catalog, various print material options — including price, supplier and delivery terms — are offered to the user. From this, he or she selects (for example) the desired business card option and generates his or her customized business card. The entered data become immediately visible in the preview of the selected business card option, so that possible adjustments and/or corrections can be made. After all data are recorded, a printable PDF file is delivered to the shopping cart. However, making corrections is still possible. You have never ordered print materials as simply and quickly as this!

Exactly what you want!

An additional highlight of the new feature pack is the inquiry of product bundles. Thus, it is now possible for the user to order custom-made configurable articles. A so-called "configurable item" concerns an item for which several characteristics can be selected. Thus, to the master item "work place," the characteristics "table," "chair," "roll containers," etc. can for instance be added, and the price is adjusted accordingly. Bundle your orders, and thus save time and money!
