There are many good suppliers on the market. Entering into long-lasting partnerships with all of them is utopian. Particularly since you often do not know whether you will ever come together. In short, maintaining a relationship, establishing standard processes, maximizing the degree of automation, etc. is sensible if you “come together” more frequently.
Some needs may be satisfied only outside of your established relationships. This particularly applies in procurement. However, it is thereby important that, in the end, the processes are integrated and comprehensible.
We take care of your one-time relationships – from emergence to final payment
Also here, the process begins in your procurement system, if you determine that your existing supplier relationships do not provide a solution to your specific case of need. You decide on the point at which you “hand over” the process to us. You yourself are able to conduct the entire sourcing process. And if you know what you want and from whom, you can procure it through us.
You can also exploit our supplier relationships. Entirely as you wish. We assume ordering, the payment of suppliers and system-oriented process integration. In the end, you receive – directly from us – into your system a collective invoice that is detailed and (if necessary) pre-assigned to an account. The TOS can be combined with the Service Desk and the Mall on a user-defined basis. Thereby, at certain points we integrate into the process selected contracting parties or affiliated companies. However, the following is essential for you here: one contact and one invoice, and indeed from one supplier – us.
