There is high potential that is frequently unrecognized in avoiding free text orders. For text-based order inquiries to purchasing are often of low value but tie up important purchasing resources.
The easyRFX inquiry module provides the user with a simple tool, with which they can automatically send inquiries to the supplier. Offers set up in under the shortest route can be sent direct to the shopping cart of the procurement system, as though they were already a catalog item. The entire inquiry process is therefore covered electronically and without any media disruption.
